He has hit 43.5% from beyond the arc this season on 154 attempts...by my research, that's the best percentage for an Iowa player from beyond the arc who had at least 100 attempts going back as far as 2001-2002. Justin Johnson also hit 43.5% in 2006-2007, on 99 attempts.
Kent McCausland made 52.2% from three in 1996-1997 on 134 attempts and then 46% in 1997-98 on 161 attempts. Not sure if there would be any player between 1998 to 2001 who would have shot better than 43.5% on at least 100 attempts. Recker was 43.1 in 2000-2001 with just over 100 attempts.
