Hey O'Keefe, how did you know a month ago that Stave would crap the bed and Northwestern's QB can't hold his own against real competition? We're only 3 wins away from double digit wins - do you think we can get there?

You really don't like Glen Mason? From listening to him call a few of our games over the years, he's always got good things to say about the Iowa FB program. I always like to see him call our games on the BTN.

Glen Mason is the best thing that happened to MN and they canned him. Next level sort of thing, ya know.
 
I know its not why this thread was bumped, but my friends and I are trying to decide when the "appropriate" time to buy flights/hotels/tickets to the B1G championship game is. At this point I see the only obstacle being Wisconsin. They will probably win out. That means Iowa needs to finish the year with only 1 loss. Certainly doable but I'd hate to go into Nebraska needing a win to clinch.

Well, O'Keefe, I've seen Stave play in person a few times and the guy makes Jake Christensen look like a stud. I hope people took the advice I tried to pass along in this thread. I have a block of 12 motel rooms that I paid $80 each for back in September and now that this has come to fruition, I ain't selling a single one to an Iowa fan. They can sleep in their car for all I care.

O'Keefe, I'm a big time jNW fan, and on my bucket list is going to the B1G championship game. Could I get one of those motel rooms from ya? Phucking Hok fans can go pound sand for all I care!
