The Yankees are trying to sign Girardi and Cano. How about we trade them Sveum and Barney and call it even.

All right...cancel that deal. The Yankees just signed Girardi to a new four year contract.

The Maddux brothers are my new favorite. But the Greg Maddux for manager suggestion was hilarious, a pitching coach yes but not for manager. Bring in Mike to manager and Greg as pitching coach.

From Bruce Levine, if Greg Maddux would be manager, they would look to bring in Bobby Cox to be the bench coach. It would be interesting, to say the least.
