The announcers have been pretty good, but they keep acting like Michigan's mistakes are all self-inflicted. How about acknowledging the fact that this is the whole point of Iowa's defense: take away the big play, make teams put together 12-15 play drives, and live with the results.
Michigan's yards have been built 4-6 at a time. It's not bad, but when they get to the red zone they have nowhere to go. Plus, when you scheme for Michigan, you know their quarterbacks can't hit covered receivers, and plan accordingly.
Oh, and Iowa would have a lot more yards if they ever had to go more than 50 yards for a touchdown. 28 points is all that matters.
