What did herby do to get banned? The only real offense that I saw was that he was kind of dumb.

What didn't he do? He was constantly picking fights with everyone, name calling, and driving most of us crazy. If you miss him take a couple of minutes and look up Blacktarn on the scout site. After about 5 posts you will be thankful he is gone.

Yeah, the idiots over here at least make me laugh. About the only reason why I still visit the scout site is the threads usually do not derailed with tongue-in-cheek humor or leave you guessing if the post was serious or not. But then you get all that insightful information from herby, especially his basketball knowledge, and then you come back here before your head explodes.

The OT section here is way way better due to those same "tongue-in-cheek" posters. Over there it is all about GDR, him pimping his crap or telling us how he is taking his grandkids to Adventureland.

it's nice to see that herby finally learned how to use the shift key and the space bar and the enter key to break things up into paragraphs instead of having different trains of thought all running together in one block of words which was annoying and eventually led to me not reading the majority of his posts of you know what i mean.

They have a very slow trigger on the banhammer over there. Herby should have been gone several weeks ago.

I think for the most part, we are pretty lax on banning over here too. Both hawkeye posters and rival school posters.
