What are you even disagreeing with? he was right
I think it was pretty clear what I was disagreeing with. IMO, there is not a "massive" difference in talent between Iowa and Notre Dame and it appears everyone is just looking at the final score and assuming Iowa got rolled. They played one heck of a game and even the commentators stated if Iowa would have made a few of those 3 point shots they would have been right there with Notre Dame but they came out cold and looked intimidated. Like I said Iowa averages 6 three points shots made per game and if Iowa even hits 4 of them you have a 5 point game, some of those shots they were missing were wide open looks.
This Notre Dame team averages 85 points per game and Iowa held them to 28 points in the 2nd half (74 total). Perhaps Iowa was playing over their heads, and perhaps Notre Dame took their foot off the gas, but Iowa played a heck of a lot better than the final score suggests. Notre Dame is a more talented team, no questions, but there is not a "massive" difference in talent.
Iowa has a pretty good team returning next season, that highly rated recruiting class are now going to be Juniors (Dixon, Doolittle, Thomas, and Logic). It will hurt losing Morgan Johnson but Printy turned into Oglesby down the stretch and when she was not scoring her defense made her a liability.
