The article linked has a rundown of the conferences and the teams ranked. Wisky, OSU and MSU are only Big 10 teams ranked.

The only issue I would have is that I think Iowa is a better 5 loss team than South Carolina who was ranked 22nd, also think they are better than Tulsa.

They looked more polished than the 2 teams who met for the MNC. I would have voted them No. 1

You can't play that poorly at the end of the season and lose three in a row and expected to be ranked, regardless of how your bowl game turned out.
