I wasn't going to comment on this game thread but I can't help what I am seeing here. I have never seen poorer officiating in my life. The Ohio State players are CONSTANTLY fouling Iowa players and not calling shit.

Yeah, that's probably because everyone else are streaking shooters. This is the down fall for Iowa in March. It's obvious that those two belong on the floor. The rest are very inconsistent, and in March one inconsistent game by three or more players and it night, night time for Iowa. IOWA seriously needs another big if for no other reason than to rebound the damn ball.

The OSU center has committed several over the back fouls against the Iowa players and none of them have them called.

I guess the big ten officials have decided to get the players ready for the NBA type of foul calling.

I did mention in a comment two games ago that if Iowa could win the next home game and then win the next away game then they still had a chance to have a good season. Well here we are at the half at Ohio State and we are still in this one. If the dame refs were calling the fouls against OSU Iowa would be ahead at the half by at least five points.

Ugly game for the most part, cept Freeman and Thelwell. I sort of figured this as an L but as bad as most the boys played, and down by only 4, and the fact that the Buckeyes have officials in their lineup, we may get lucky….
