Very quietly this class is as good of one as we've had in awhile... The Qb we got is a stud. Got a stud TE to reclassify and come early. The Db Jones from Omaha is an absolute athlete. The Olineman look to all be perfect fits. Barnet targeted his guys early and got em.
Hat tip to Barnes I don't think he gets enough credit but since this NIL thing has started up he's made this about as seamless of a transition to it as could be expected. Most programs with 70 yr old long tenured coaches have a tough time recruiting. Especially at a school like Iowa but not us. They have this program running like a machine.
Now granted as soon as I say that when the portal opens up we might have a wave of kids leave that we wouldn't expect so who knows. Crossing my fingers that doesn't happen
