Hawkeyes Offer Oliver Martin

Some reporting Michigan picking up steam with Martin. Five of his teammates at The Opening were MI verbals who acknowledged part of their mission was to help recruit certain others. Will be interesting to see where his visits (should he schedule some) will now take him. Would be nice to see Iowa wrap him up before that might begin. Still see Iowa as the favorite but the longer this might play out the more I'd be less certain. Michigan's BBQ event for recruits is in August......coming up fast.
 
Martin will be a Hawk, don't sweat this one guys. If he does go somewhere else then DID NOT WANT ANYWAY.
 
I'd think if Martin was an avid Hawk fan he would not want to miss out on what is soon to take place here in Iowa. We will be playing for a National Championship in the near future! Oliver you certainly don't want to miss that opportunity to make history with the Hawks!
 
Sounds like he's still planning on taking 5 official visits to some of the more notables soon beginning with Michigan. He may end up a Hawk but not until some of the best have had their last best shot.

Hard to see this as momentum in Iowa's favor.
 
Eh, for some people this is the most attention they'll ever get. If I were being recruited I'd check out all the schools and enjoy the ride. I would especially make high end teams take me out on their dime. Though, honestly, I would probably tell KF I am committing, but I'm going to lead these other schools on for a few months.
