True that, Duke. Just losing my cool under pressure.
Marshall is a hound dog. She may not have crazy steals/blocked shots, but she is dogged and unforgiving. My impression is most offenses rely on an opposing player to make a tiny guess that gives the offense a split second to make their plan work. She just never gives them that second.
And when SHE gets that split second, she puts Nebraska in a steep uphill battle, more or less cementing the game if the Hawks make free throws.

The secondary cherry on top ... Winning this thing puts Iowa firmly on #1 line! Maybe even the #1 overall if LSU and USC can upset S. Car and Stanford.

Been right there with you. Many times. Hell...many times in this thread.
But I'm still gonna argue inconsistency in officiating is tough on our Hawks. Thought they handled it beautifully when you couldn't even wink at another player. Then today, being totally different...screwed them.
SoCar will be overall #1 no matter what happened this weekend. Talent and results all year make them that.
I dont think the overall 1 is in play for us. But as long as South Carolina is the 1 and we are the 2 or 3 its all good. I'm rooting for Stanford to be the other 2 or 3 I think. They seem to piss games away and I'm not sure they can even make the final 4.

Winning the past two BTT championships and playing for the National Championship
last season was valuable experience
Kate, Caitlin and Gabby carried the team
Hannah's 2 made free throws certainly contributed to the WIN
