Go ask 100 random Iowa fans about KF and just about every one of them will say what a good guy and good coach he is. You might not notice the big picture by hanging around forums like these, but Ferentz is absolutely beloved in this state and by donors.

No one is gonna ask Ferentz any hard balls because that'd be the last time you got to ask anything. Why would you stick your neck out when 1) it will make zero difference and, 2) the vast majority of people don't have any problems with the way he coaches?
