As for the equipment sale...I live in NC so that really isn't an option for me. But trust me, my helmet is EXACTLY what the players wear! You cannot tell 1 tiny bit that I did it myself and the helmet is brand new...no scrathes or marks.
Most of the ones you can buy online either have a plastic shell in them or a metal bar that prohibits wearing.
