He's an interesting duck. He's a retired nuclear reactor operator. Anyway I have apple trees between my house and his. He was bringing his dog over to pee in the mulch between the trees. I wasn't happy about it as apple trees don't need added N. Anyway I have an office I don't use much off the garage with a window. It's hard to see anyone doing that. Anyway when in the office I saw the dog and opened the window and yelled: Get! Get! at the varmint (the dog). I didn't see the neighbor hiding against my house to the side of the window and was surprised when I yelled, Get!, he (neighbor) ran bolted from the side of my house and through the trees. It was shocking and after I got over the shock, I laughed and laughed in disbelief, first that he was even there and 2nd that he done "getted" out of there. Several days later he fessed up about the internet.
If you live downwind of a reactor, just think about who might be operating it.
