The shit performance last week has really ruined what is an otherwise great week of making fun of the little brother turd school that we are indentured to play every year to help support their second-tier athletic budget. Much has divided us this week. Can we set that aside for the next 24 hours and focus on what unites us????? Hate for ISU. I hate their colors. I hate their "stadium." I hate their AD. I hate their new coach next year even though I don't know who he or she is. I hate my dumb, fat brother who is an Iowa State fan and won't acknowledge that they suck balls.

The football team from Lames is a rag tag group of wannabes who should be washing Iowa's jocks, not playing on one of the most hallowed fields in the Midwest. If we all hate together hard enough, we can will this team to victory. We can. But, we have to try. Hate hate hate hate.....
 
The beauty of sports is most times it rarely goes as expected or what it looks like on paper. I feel like Iowa wins this game. Won't be shocked with a loss, but I've seen this show enough to know that no matter what happened the week before, the Hawks will be up for this game in their own barn.

I might even enjoy a loss if I thought it would motivate KF to change. I've never been in that posture before.

Knock it off. This thread is about hating the Clowns. There are 52 threads complaining about coaching and generally lamenting the state of Iowa football. Go there if you want to keep belly aching.
 
"Real" hating a sports opponent is stupid, but "sports" hating an opponent is awesome. When an entire crowd is whipped into a frenzy, there is just nothing better. You feed them a bit of meat, and they just go nuts. Here's to the crowd gorging to the point of the meat-sweats tomorrow.

I hate the Clowns as much as everyone else, but I've got to give them some credit. I read about an awesome trip they took to the children's hospital earlier this week and it kind of changed my views of them.

In the article there this quote in there: "It was an amazing feeling to get to put a smile on the faces of a group of people who constantly struggle and have little hope" said Jeff Jones age 6.
