Just made a subtle edit is all.The coverup is worse than the crime. He’ll go the Colts or somewhere in the NFL and KEEP MAKING generational money and never suffer from this.
He isn't in trouble for the violations he's in trouble for lying to investigators like the good christian that he is.How can anyone get into trouble for violations in today's world?
His first game back is a trip to Lincoln... that's the real punishment. Its a four game suspension with three cupcakes and Rutgers. Jim will get some fishing in and be back for the serious games.
Yup everyone cheats in recruiting that's not earth shattering news. But boy oh boy if you lie to the investigators about it all of a sudden that's serious.. I think it's wild that there's been a 'negotiation' with what his penalty will be. That's insane but nothing else makes sense in college football hardly so why notHe isn't in trouble for the violations he's in trouble for lying to investigators like the good christian that he is.
He will take his anger out on the Bugeaters by showing Matt Rhule what a 35 point beatdown looks like in a real conference. His first game back is a trip to Lincoln... that's the real punishment.
The NCAA/conference was willing to give him more of a slap on the wrist if he just admitted that he lied, but he refused to fess up. He claims he just had bad memory, not that he intentionally lied, but his explanation is not plausible given how obvious the lies were. Should have fallen on your sword, Jimmy. Yes, suspending a coach is meaningless, he can coach from a remote site. Do something real like take away visits or something like that. Its a four game suspension with three cupcakes and Rutgers. Jim will get some fishing in and be back for the serious games.
