It’s like cheering on the lesser of three evils, Michigan, Ohio State, and Penn State. All competitive juices pushed aside what happened behind closed doors (or showers) at Penn State truly was warped, sick, and evil. That type of thing along with the corrupting influence of money has taken a lot of the fun out of college sports.
NIL always went on behind the scenes and under the table but now it is out front and in the open and changed the sport forever and not for the better. College is no more than a semi-pro organization.
To me the sign stealing thing at Michigan is a joke when considering the whole of everything. It’s like picking out a turd in a toilet full of turds and saying this is a really bad one. Michigan is at the top of the hill so everyone wants to knock them down. Hair ball’s arrogance doesn’t help things either.
