He says he wants to give his team the best chance of winning. Well, it should have started in the off-season 2 years ago. Instead he let the team suffer through two years of futility and will be going into year three. The worst part is recruiting will suck this year and next, which will set up another downturn in 2017. Barta better not give another extension between 2014 and 2016.
