Nebraska has just as many offenses, but they all have to do with the drunken exploitation of a cow!!

Oh yeah, they forgot DJK!!

These are fans of Nebraska talking? The alma mater of Lawerence Phillips? 'Nuff said.

Enough said indeed.

I give them props to put a list like that together. Who has that kind of time?? Jesus!
I have no proof but I imagine Nebraska has a very similar list of their own.

Of those 98 players/arrests, there are 27 public intox/PAULA's. Take those out, because that's just college kids being college kids. Leave in the DUI/OWI's, those are serious. But 71 arrests in 21 years? Since when were those awful odds in the world of college athletics?

It seems as though our law enforcement is less reluctant to turn a blind eye toward favoritism as happens in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Didn't Suh have a questionable offense where he wrecked his car and left a lot of questions unanswered a few years ago?

Wow those guys are unbelievable. The only way we would even come close to comparing to them, no matter how long the list is they come up with, is if we decided to go ahead and play DJK in the upcoming bowl game.....I kind of remember Lawrence Phillips getting a pass and playing in their bowl game. HMMM I think I would just stay quiet if I were them....but not sure they know how to do that quite frankly.

Jeesh, wasn't there a Heisman Trophy winner that held up a gas station over there? Johnny Rodgers?

It would be fun to see the records of SEC schools. And the Florida schools of Miami and FSU.

I live amongst them. My roommate is a Nebraska fan and student at UNL, its horrible. Yes, Johnny Rodgers robbed a gas station while he was a student here in Lincoln in 1971. The only heisman trophy winner convicted of a felony before winning the trophy.

As far as Suh goes, I've heard rumors from my UNL friends that he got pulled over, had been drinking but wasnt actually administered a breathalizer until much, much later on. Like I said thats just a rumor I've heard but it would not surprise me if it was the case.

Iowa has never been as close to as bad as the final years of Tom Osbourne's tenure. I would like to think that, if one of Iowa's players shot someone, KF wouldn't hide the gun in his office.

Here's a link an article about many of the arrests from the mid-'90's

CNN/SI - Coach And Jury
