Gordon possibly decommitting ....

For one, Wisconsin, though I'm glad they are representing the Big Ten in the Rose Bowl because I think they will represent the conference better, ultimately doesn't deserve to be in the Rose Bowl. They lost to Michigan State head to head. Furthermore, Iowa would have been in the Rose Bowl in 2002 if not for the Orange Bowl jumping the Rose and taking Iowa first.

I will be chearing hard aginst him. Target is officially on his back. How does it feel Mr. Gordan to paint a Black and Gold Target on your self? Good luck with that storm!

Has he officially committed to Wisky? I haven't heard. Is there still a chance he comes back to Iowa?

While it happens, it is very rare for a prospect to come back to a team that he decommitted from. The current Iowa staff does not seem the type, in my mind, to put the full court press on a kid who decommitted to try and win him back. My guess is they move on. Anthony Pierson is a heck of a prize out there, and he has Iowa on his short list.

I think Iowa would still be after Gordon. I think the kid feels the pressure, it's not like he's just looking around like some others have. I know it's rare but I have heard he has a great relationship with the coaches so that is important. It's not like a quick decommit like Shepard was either, he was committed a long time. I'm just doing the wishful thinking here of course.
