Goofers vs. Sand People Hate Thread

While I am excited to watch relevant and local college football tonight, its like choosing between getting hemorrhoids and eating a turd sandwich. That said, I will be rooting for the Goofers. Two reasons. First, I live amongst the Sand People and I now hate them more than the Goofers, even with Fleck or Shrek or whatever his name is. And, I think at this point we sort of know what the Goofers are rowing the boat (6-9 wins, boring, like a watered down version of Iowa) and I am not worried about them breaking through and becoming better than Iowa. I am worried that Rhule is the real deal, so I would like to see another 4-8 season to keep the fan base broken for at least one more season.

I honestly want NU tonight, F PJ and I kind of like Ruhl. I also think that overall, MN is more of a threat to contend and NU might just sneak up on em tonight since they have some element of surprise - so it's better for IA imo - so, GBR

Minn actually looking like a solid fb team. They look tough, physical, and their qb is looking competent. Honestly look a lot like Iowa. Now, I must also consider who they’re playing.
