Good quality Iowa Game stream?

Have to work so i have to watch online. Any suggestions for a decent live stream that won't give me a virus? TY

Don't know the quality until the game comes on but you'll always find stuff on firstrow. Some of the links won't work and will say you need a player or something. If that happens just close it and try one of the other links. The second link worked great for me last week. Quality was good. I'd try that one first.

I just recently checked into BTN2Go myself and it looks like you
have to have a TV provider which the OP may not have at work.

There are good streams, and quality streams. But there are no good or quality Iowa games.

i am using this first link - it does work, but don't click anything else or attempt to download anything else because something needs updated - if you do, go to your control panel and check what was downloaded today and uninstall them all. and hope you have good malware preventers so the stuff isn't downloaded.
