You're right, I guess I don't get it....I didn't think those were very 'obscure'. Let me try.....hmmmm.....CJ will play Mike LB, Burke Prins will beat out Desmond King at corner before the Big10 season starts, and Drew Cook will play left tackle after Colston gets hurt....

It is an "obscure prediction" thread...but each of those could happen given a specfic scenario.
Smith has been in the minor doghouse (according to some), if something more happened he could end up not playing. Then it wouldn't take much for Boyle to surpass him...even in mop up duty.
Mends could easily work his way into the starting lineup
If injuries hit the TE group (yeah, i said it out loud) Fant could be pressed into service. Reports are he has looked good.
Do I think those things will happen, or want them to...hell no. (aside from Mends progressing). But one could envision them all with a little imagination.

Yea, that's what I was getting at, a prediction that might not be likely but could happen.
IckeHawk just wants to be an asshat like usual. I'd just do the ignore feature if we had it. Like a knat that need to periodically swat away.
When my brother got married I was on the altar- Catholic church. The priest kept leaning over to my dad and asking the score as my father had an ear piece in listening to the game during the ceremony. Only us on the later knew was was going on. It provided my laughs when everyone learned later what had happened.
