Fran McKarma??

We have been in the fade/swoon but 3 last second buckets have given them 3 wins instead of losses.

The hawks shot well tonite but the bucks shot better. Is it the hawks defense that everyone knows how to play against now?

Well, with Father and Son both getting Ts tonight, one image comes to mind with all of their rage:

Refs have been letting the physical stuff go and that’s not our style of play. We handle it better than we used to but we’re just an average team if they don’t call fouls. The thing is they don’t let teams play the physical style in the NCAA Tournament. So teams aren’t being prepared for the important tournament IMO.

How they bounce back will be very, very, important. We have been extremely fortunate of late.

The reality is that Had we not hit 3 Miracle shots we’ve been in the slide. This team really in all honesty isn’t playing that well right now and hasn’t been for last month aside from the Michigan game.

Actually, the reality is we've played like a decent team that is either on the bubble or barely off it on the right side for the entire year. We aren't a great team, we're a fairly good team.

I think Iowa is a way better than good, just lacks a coach,

Yeah Iowa really has proven that to be the case with all those March wins!

If you believe they are way better than good, it's because of the coach. Who do you think puts the team together?

Is this a serious question? Ok I will entertain you. You can get talent as a coach but not be a good coach, Fran isn’t a good coach.. pretty simple..

And if you're saying the team is better than their record (which is really good) then you must think Fran has done an extraordinary job of recruiting and developing.

I appreciate Fran/Kirk assembling squads with talent.
But game-day coaching. Could you address that? We start 7-0 and lose by 20. How many times do we dribble drive into the paint and lose the ball. Does Fran teach them when it's wise to penetrate, and how to do it successfully? Both coaches also struggle with time-outs and how to use them to Iowa's benefit.
