Well as right now, less then 10% of players are "supporting" this. Let's not throw the former players under the bus yet.

Holy ******* ****, what is wrong with this guy?

Guys, why does everything have to be an either/or scenario? Why does supporting the program and current players imply anything to do with ignoring victims, etc? I'm sure if someone at Iowa was indicted for a crime, you wouldnt turn your back on the entire university. Some people need to learn not to paint with such a broad brush.
I think 99% of people would not argue that the kids are the greatest victims in this mess. But if you know and love the university, there is nothing wrong with showing your support as well.
If even one player donates cash to Sandusky's defense fund, it's still ugly.
Edit: I have no desire to throw former players under the bus. I just find it astonishing that anyone would support Sandusky's defense fund with cash. Don't you?
Really, so people can't support the players that had nothing to do with Sandusky or the cover up? You can't support the players that went PSU and didn't know about any of this stuff.
There is a huge difference between showing support for the university or Sandusky as compared to showing support for the the young men that had nothing to do with this and are caught in the middle of it all.
I'm with you about the idiot donating money to Sandusky, just sickening. Especially when you look into what that guy said, he basically thinks Sandusky is guilty but is deserving of a defense.
I was talking about the players going to the game.
