Former Hawkeye Hate

I see this all the time and when former Hawkeyes who are doing well at other rival programs this place just trashes them ( Stoops boys, Bielma, etc )

I don't get it. What gives? These guys laid it out on the line and bled black and gold yet we trash them when they are succesfull elsewhere. I think that is pretty crappy.

If you're not with us then you're against us and biels is definately against us. Plus he's a doosh from Illinois.
 
I don't see a lot of bashing of the Stoops. Bert on the other hand gets bashed for the things he says about Iowa (recruiting tactics) more than anything. He deserves it.
 
I think a lot of the hate stems from the fact that Biels runs the score up on inferior opponents, although None of us seemed to have a problem with that when Hayden was doing it. We hated Stoops a year ago when he was having roid rage on the sidelines in Arizona, now all the sudden we love him and want him to be our DC.
 
We hate everyone on these message boards. Current players, coaches, and all ex players and coaches as well.

I assume for the most part people who hated Stoops last year are not the same people who want him as our DC this year. I see statements like this all the time around here. Everyone complains saying Kirk is to conservative but when he is aggressive and it doesn't work the same people complain that he was to aggressive. That's just not true. Some people complain one way and the rest of the people complain the other way, it's not the same people complaining both ways
 
Also I don't understand how anyone on a hawkeye message board can dislike anyone who openly expresses how much he loves the hawks. Bob is awesome and so is the rest of the Stoops family
 
I don't get it at all. The Stoops family seems to be loyal Hawks, what with the dad dieing in a Hawk jersey?
I think all the current Hawks in the NFL are awesome black n gold bleeders for sure.
 
I hate on Biels because he coaches Wiscy. If he coached at Virginia or Texas A&M or anything else outside of the B1G I would cheer for him. It was the same with McCarney. Hated him at ISU now hope the best for him at North Texas. I have never hated on Stoops. I'm glad an Iowa pedigree has done so well in the HC position.
 
Is 36 years old too old to trick or treat?

How about having coitus with my neighbor's wife...she's in her 20's but is married to a guy older then me.

This. Stoops has always been at the top of my list of favorite non-Iowa coaches, and he always will be.
 
I love all former hawkeyes with exception to the ones that never played, because they were taking scholarships from better athletes we should have recruited instead.
 
Dont worry I found them, But the neighbor knocked on the door and bitched me out for taking his dogs in my house again.
 
I will add Chad Greenway to the list. I was at Vikings training camp and me and my bro's were decked out in Hawkeye gear. Chad walked bye and we screamed like little school girls because we were hoping to get our chests signed. Ill be damned if Chad didn't even acknowledge us.

Is it possible that Chad was embarased that you... grown men were acting like school girls? Grow up and don't do that.

Chad, btw, will and does sign auto's, etc but not to pathetic fans like you guys.
