Ford Fusion vs Crysler 200

The 200 is junk. I mean, really bad. I had one as a rental and literally could not believe how bad it was for a new car, and it had like 2000 miles on it. I've heard the same from multiple people that travel. One coworker bought one and sold it within 6 months for a loss just to get something else.

Heard decent things about the fusion, but pricey fully loaded.

I bought a '15 Subaru Legacy loaded, great car all around, paid less than an equal Camry, Accord, and Fusion...and it's built in Indiana. And if you can get past the image, the new Kia Optima has gotten big time love on reviews and value.

When I traded my Chrysler in for a Traverse AWD my car insurance was a little lower,my agent told me Chrysler vehicles are expensive to fix.

Stay away from the 200. I would recommend you expand your choices to more than two. I drive cars for a rental company and drive several sedan models. The best value sedans in my ranking system are the Nissan Altima, Toyota Camry, and Ford Fusion. These choices are based on seating comfort, fuel economy, reliability. If you are not in a hurry do some weekend rentals of these models.

Why do you assume that I have not already done so? Already did the litmus test for many models and narrowed it down. Chose the Fusion. Not doing weekend rentals. Seriously, who does that?

Anyway, chose Fusion and think got a heck of a deal. Absolutely no regrets on purchase.
