After looking at pictures of the old one...the new one is way better. But yeah the shoes need some help, and the helmet size does look a bit off for some reason.

And, does he really NEED to wear a football helmet at all? What other mascot for college football wears a helmet? He's at a football game, we know he's a football mascot.
