Let's drive to Iowa City and chant "Safety School" if we lose the game.

When the Northwestern kids jingle their keys and chant "Safety School" at us, let's chant "Scoreboard" or "N-I-T" back.
 


The northwestern kids used to chant "state school!" too, at least at b-ball games back in the day.
My illannoy-PhD'd bro in law taught (engineering) at NU for several years, so when those purple-clad idiots would start the "state school" chant, he'd crack up at the irony.

I honestly do not know how you preserve your sanity in that environment. I would blow my freakin' brains out if I was surrounded by illannoy bozos.

For the record, my closest corporate associates are grads of:
Purdue; Oklahoma State; U of Cincinnati; UConn; and several small schools that don't evoke any emotion.
Plenty diversity.
