Golston's may find minutes hard to come by, but I wouldn't be shocked to see him surpass Hesse at some point.

Saying I wouldn't be shocked isn't the same thing as saying I think it will happen. Also, sometimes the guy who has done nothing does more when given the opportunity.

And, as much as I respect Hesse, at the end of the day, he's a converted QB with physical limitations for the position. Like all players, he has done some "good things," but the question is, as a backup to A. Nelson and Eppy, could Golston do more good things? While commendable, Kirk is almost stubbornly loyal to seniors, so it probably won't happen, but I'll always advocate for playing the best players regardless of class.
