Is St. John the only hawk to finish more than one place worse than his seed? The reality is the hawks wrestled well up until the finals. Penn st just has 3 elite guys and we don't.

not very often will you have 9 wrestlers in the top 4 and be 3rd

psu has wrestlers scoring big bonus points...oh and champs

My calculations produced these bonus points:
PSU - 16.5
Minn - 15
Iowa - 13

There isn't a lot of difference in bonus points, but they do help.

getting falls and tech falls has more of a affect on the rest of the team. its like getting a dunk in a big game the crowd reacts and its usually a momentum swinger
