He was in blocking more than normal, but mainly was the reason why our wr's had single coverage against safeties most of the day. Heard him say on the 75 yarder to Easley both safeties came up on him, as well as the one biting on the fake. He had three guys on him, hence Easley being so open after the play action.

MSU decided to double and triple Hockensen and dare other receivers to beat us and other receivers did exactly that.

The safety that was supposed to cover Easley bit on play action. That's why he was so wide open.
