Ragini has 14 catches and Bruce has 15. He would be taking away from those 29 catches not adding to them. So the 15 or so catches he would have, probably wouldn't have mattered.

Remember he was here for Spring ball and saw the trainwreck up close. He knew he had to get out of Dodge.

You don't think Iowa would have won at least one of games between ISU and Illinois? Not that is really matters, the team would still be bobbing in the water like the Titanic.

Okay, Jones breaks a kick return, TD, Iowa beats ILL. But like you and others said it really matters not. Some plays and a bit of excitement helps a bit. Always good to have a player worth watching but that is the thing. Nice to watch but one guy that won't be enough to make a real difference.

Better that we don't have too many "bright spots" that some can use to say we just need a little this or that and not major changes. It needs to crash and burn. Only then will it be addressed(hopefully).
