Excited for Babineux. One of the most underrated, under appreciated guys for a long time there in atlanta. Great game on a great stage. Way to go Babs.
I didn't realize he was still in the league until this game. Greenway retired this year is there anybody else still in the league from those 02-04 Iowa teams?
Unfortunately, Clayborn tore his bicep so is now out for remainder of year. Wouldn't be surprised if this is Babineaux's last year.Claiborne plays for Atlanta also, had a knee scope so just getting back into the rotation. What JB has been able to do for 12yrs is impressive.Love to see them win it all.
The team the Falcons have already beat once this year?Unfortunately for Bab he is playing the Packers...
The same could be said for any of the 4 remaining teams. They all seem to be peaking. I believe each has won at least 5 games in a row.I think Atlanta has a great chance to get to the SB and possibly win it.

The Falcons are a different team too. Coleman didn't play in the first game. Atlanta had a handful of rookies on defense that didn't know what they were doing early in the year; they have it figured out now. First 8 games of the season the Falcon defense was giving up 29 points per game; since then, they are below 22 per game.Cowboys fans said the same thing last week. We were a complettttteeeeeeee different team when we played last and barely lost with half the defense out. BAM SON

Didn't mean for it to sound like I was disagreeing with you. Just expanding on your thoughts.I guess I was pertaining to how Atlanta has been so consistent this year with their D along with Matt Ryan. Atlanta is not the usual SB contender, so I was just saying I think they actually have enough horses in place to do it this year. Atlanta seems pretty balanced.
Bam Indeed. The Falcons clearly improved more that GB since the first time these two teams met.Cowboys fans said the same thing last week. We were a complettttteeeeeeee different team when we played last and barely lost with half the defense out. BAM SON

Very happy for Babs and Clayborn.
How many total sacks has Iowa's defense averaged in the last, let's say, 5 years? There's your answer why linemen aren't lining up to come to Iowa.Iowa has done a great job of sending lineman to the NFL.. I don't understand why those kids wouldn't be lining up to have a chance to play here. I can't wait to see Espensa.
