Oh I know inproprieties occurred, no one is sure to what level. The car thing blew up a few weeks ago and what happened? Turns out the DMV saysthe dealership made money on every transaction. Huh. I'm not delusional about the situation and am claiming OSU is innocent, just don't bring me Ray Small as your star witness....
 
Is it true that Spielman has been getting harassed by O$U fans as well? I read it on Michigan's site so I tend to take stuff from rivals schools with a grain of salt. But according to them, there were O$U fans writing Spielman and saying they hoped he "got cancer like his wife".

I truly hope that's not true. Spielman is my favorite Buckeye of all time. Probably the only Buckeye I have ever really admired. With everything he's been through, I'd hate to see him getting eaten by his own.

I have seen fans critical of what Spielman said but I have seen nothing to that level.

Hopefully that's the case. I can understand being critical to a point. Iowa fans are critical of lots of former players as well(most recently Hartlieb). But I couldn't imagine saying something like that to my biggest enemy...much less someone who fought and bled for your school.

Spielman is the quintissential buckeye. I may not agree with him but any "fan" that says that about him deserves punched in the face.

Ummmmmmmmm...Isn't this like the 7th or 8th person that has come forward with basically the same accusation?

I bet Tressel is regretting his decision to have OSU admissions standards lowered, specifically, to get Small admitted to OSU....

I'm not sure the DMV's description of making money matters. Unusual and preferential "discounts" is what they have in mind.
 
Hey furby, where there is smoke there is fire. OSU has been dirty since Tressell has been there and he was dirty at YSU. The YSU stuff gets brushed under the rug because who really pays attention to that stuff at the lower levels, not much money and publicity to be made. It was only a matter of time before something really blew up. You cannot keep trying to throw Small under the bus, because in the end, it simply doesn't matter and in more cases than not, when former players start blabbing to the NCAA, the school is screwed.
The NCAA did OSU a favor by not taking away their season last year, but there is more to this, that is what the problem is. OSU's history is not favoring them right now, no matter what you say, there are multiple former players that have been under investigation and now it appears one that wasn't has a lot to say and it just takes one who is willing to talk. It doesn't matter how much of a dirtbag he can be, remember how people originally reacted to Jose Canseco when he started blabbing about steriods? I think Canseco is laughing now, Small may be in the same seat a few months or years from now.

Small is trying to change his story and is saying the story was mostly incorrect in The Lantern and that his comments were taken out of context. He has already said he won't talk to the NCAA. If you want to argue with me fine, but you gotta get your facts straight.
 
Tressel, being a good christian, knew the Rapture was coming so he cheated all these years. Unfortunately for Jimmy, the Rapture did not occur so rather than being in heaven he now has to face the music for being the cheater he is.
