Let's put this back in context for the Ferentz bleeding heart revivalists. I simply said AJ should play more and doubted that Ferentz would give him appropriate playing time vs. Hesse as the season continues. This is evidenced by Ferentz's long track record of keeping talent off the field...this would not have been a controversial statement three years ago--in fact most were singing this criticism's praises. Somehow, recapitulating this point three years later transmuted into "I'm not happy about the win," "There's nothing good about Iowa football," and a whole host of speculative whinings. Good teams ID small areas of improvement and adjust with each game. I reserve my right to make criticisms and call out interlocutors on their bs and "the hawkeyenation collective" for its quick turn-tail hypocrisy.

Epeneza only played on third downs when everyone but KF knows he should be playing on both sides of the ball every play.

Who else is going to know how to block at LT a 5-star DE than a 5-star DE playing LT?

I don't know about happy. After seeing our Joe Moore Award winning OL struggle against Wyoming's D, I still need to see more. You seem to be inferring "I'm all about negativity" because I shared one critical comment regarding playing time. If you're really concerned about my overall happiness with the team, get back with me after the PSU game--the body of work will be fairly informative at that point.

I am not inferring. I was seeing if you could be happy with a convincing win. I got your answer and
I know, it can be a hard thing to do.
