Agree Pin......it isn't like dust ups like this don't happen in Iowa City on a regular basis.......just got to be smart enough, especially as an athlete, not to put yourself in that kind of situation. I know none of the history of Cooper. Have run ins with the law been issues in the past?

Well its been over a month and we still haven't heard what his official status will be on the team.

Take it for what it is worth but I have asked a few ppl their thoughts on Cooper's status recently and they don't think he will be the starting 149 wrestler.

Pin - I don't think he was accepted to the U of I. I can't guarantee with 100% certainty but there appear to be academic issues in addition to any impact his run in with the law might have had on his status. I'm not sure what his plans are but some have alluded he might stick around IC and try again next semester.

Yea that is what I am hearing hopefully he will go to kirkwood or something get his grades up and try again.
