Look what Nelson did from Minny. He got thrown around by Rasing last year,gained 20 lbs of muscle, and is dominating this year. His hard work in the weight room paid off. Same needs to happen at Iowa.

Or look how Gelogaev dominated - he's all rocked up this year. I think he would have killed even Nelson if healthy.
