Why are our experienced players with little talent allowed to make continuous mistakes without consequence, but as soon as a young player messes up, he doesn't see the field again? In what world does it make sense to play Donatell or Sleeper ahead of Law, especially down by 517 points?

That falls under Ferentz formula #6:

Always play the more experienced player. Ignore that the younger guy is more talented, ingore that the "experienced" player has showed his limitations over and over. Play the older guy, sit the talent.

Because he perceives it as less risky. (a transient of Feretz Formula rule #1. Play not to lose. manage risk first, look to make plays last.

It was a two deep zone. Miller sold out on the run. Two people were in Law's zone, he took the wrong one that Miller was supposed to have. Law gets benched and Miller stays out there to get burned for the rest of the day.

Exactly if he takes the other guy on that play the guy he covers is wide open. Not sure if that was on Miller or Hyde, but as bas as miller has looked this year, I would guess him. That freeze while D Rob runs by you was classic Miller.

Law was beat because he was the only deep safety trying to cover two open receivers. The QB let him commit to one guy then threw to the other. Kid had no chance!

Wow that sounds like our Qb situation. KF committed to Vandy and no one else has a chance.
