Don't look now, another Wegher

Jack Wegher is a freshman on the Heelen team that will be playing for the championship in 3A this week. Kid starts both ways and is a pretty good player as a freshman. Does Iowa go down that road again? I'd think the kid learned a lot from his brother's mistakes. Haven't seen him play yet, but sounds like he has a lot of talent and is pretty quick.

hopefully that link works for the stats.

HOLY CRAP. Did you see that QB rating? SIGN THAT KID UP WE NEED HIM PLAYING THIS MORNING!!!

one pass for 11 yards for a TD apparently is all you need. he must have that GD system down.

i thought i had the link to his rushing stats, but you can get there with a click. 576 yards and 7 TD, another 2 TD receiving.

We have enough of them backs that run. I want a 500+ throwing dude.

who with that kind of ability is going to choose iowa though? don't get me wrong, i do too, but it would be a had sell for the recruiting staff. maybe we can have fran get on in, he seems to be an infinitely better recruiter.

Yes those are 8th grade highlights however there is your dual threat qb. If he gets to play qb in high school after sophmore year.

Ahahahahahahahabba someone is looking at 8th grade highlight tapes. Bwahahahahahahahaha.

Went to YouTube to find highlights of him as a freshman scoring touchdowns on a championship-caliber varsity team, and that's the only one that I could find. It's not like I went there looking for 8th grade highlights. Way to be a ********* about it though.

He already has the "trash talking" down as a high school freshman. Hope he matures..
