Does This Outfit Win A Big10 Game in 2011?

either a majority of the posters on this board are ignorant or drunk. They are way underestimating the way ISU has played today.

On 3rd down all they had to do all day was have Jantz run around for a few seconds and our defensive line would quit, ISU played well enough to beat a team that's defense was totally wore down. Maybe sometime in the next decade we will figure out how to defend a team with a mobile quarterback. How many times did Jantz drop straight back and throw the ball down field today?

Its not even that. Over pursuit on the quarterback and missing sacks will open huge lanes to run through. Iowa played awful and ISU didn't.

Yes, ISU played well.

Our defense was still pathetic. We had numerous opportunites to secure the win and our D couldn't get a stop.

We're gonna give up more points this year, than the last two seasons put together. Mark it down.

Yes but they wont win more than 6 games all year. Call me a band wagon jumper if you want but they looked like poo today.

Ok, now the OP is just being a ******* idiot.

Yes, this team will win Big Ten games.

But they will most likely lose to Northwestern yet again because Fitz can actually coach his team up, where as Ferentz can't.

Purdue and Minnesota..maybe Indiana. The rest are gonna be uphill. I don't see a win @ Penn St @ Nebraska, or home against Mich, Mich St or Northwestern.

Best shot is @ Minnesota. They're losing by 14 at home to that powerhouse New Mexico St. (ranked by ESPN as the #9 worst football program of all time)

Let it be so written.

Of course we will win some. We still have a lot of good players but we have to be able to stop a drive late in the game. I have big time concerns when a team can convert a 3rd and 15, and a 3rd and 20 on us when it counts.
