Agree....I will say it...if Cezar had committed,it would have been a complete starting five...oh well...cant get them all...very happy!!!

Honestly Iowa's class is very balanced. The glaring weakness is a lack of a PG, and Iowa will probably need to go back to the JUCO well in 2012 as well as getting a freshman plus any significant injury to Cartwright this year will absolutely sink the team, but after the doom and gloom from the previous weeks things worked out pretty dang well.

Iowa is much better equipped to have a significant injury to Bryce this year, rather than last. Overall depth and the ability to have multiple people fill in would not be the worst thing in the world. Marble will be much better this year, he will be stronger and better prepared to play PG if he has too, Hubbard is mature and should not rattle easy, given all he has been through, throw in Oglesby to help out and yes, it would be devastating, but it would have been worse last year.

How often are guys really injured anyway? If he can play a few less minutes it should be OK. A serious injury to Bryce even with a freshman backup would be tough to overcome.
