If he's not throwing the program or coaches under the bus, the only logical explanation (IMO) would be a public apology. I can't imagine that he's trying to beat the rap, as he admitted to everything up front, so I don't see where an apology will hurt him in court.

I guarantee you his lawyer has approved this.
DJK has every reason, career-wise, to rehabilitate his image. It's not going to improve by saying nothing. He's an articulate guy and has nothing to lose and much to gain with a PC, as long as he completely avoids comments about the charges, which he will.

I'm following DJK on Twitter purely for the entertainment value. What an egomaniac. His tweets or whatever you call them read like a mix of Ochocinco, Perez Hilton and Kanye West...he would probably take that as a compliment. I know fully understand why he was always "in the doghouse..." just enough to always be toeing that line with the coaching staff I'm sure.

Yeah at least he doesn't take him self too seriously. Ive seen him retweet a few cracks people made at him. Someone commented about him living with Tony Montana which he thought was hilarious.
