The NIL money needed to compete is just going to continue to go up and up, year after year. Face it, Iowa is more than likely never going to be able to compete for a Big Ten title, let alone a NCAA title. Only way is to catch lightning in a bottle for one season.

I don’t blame the players. If I was in their position I would go for the big bucks too. I don’t think the NCAA can do much. Probably takes legislation to correct a run away NIL

If it’s going to be corrected it will correct itself…………….. it just takes time. As the lower cash teams decide it just ain’t worth if and drop their basketball programs, then the shit will hit the fan.
