Damn I hate crackers and their white privilege. That porch honkie sure sucks at basketball. Those were the first two PG ones I could think of.

The difference being is that a white person can function outside his bubble and be perfectly fine with his ignorance. That dynamic is completely different for a black person. "white approval", "white validation" in some form is needed for a black person to function outside his or her comfort zone.

Btw, How old are you? Do you interact with any black people at all? Who uses the word "honkie" anymore that's not 150 years old?

It's always nice when patronizing white people are gonna fix the problems of all other races. Even in their benevolence whites are racist.
"Hi there black person, I know you ain't smart enough or strong to fix your own problems, so I'll do it for you. After all white people are the smartest and most successful people in America."

Problem is that's not true. Asians score higher academically and statistically do better career-wise than any other group. Speaking of Asians they disprove the systemic bigotry argument. After WW2 they were at least if not more despised than other demographics. So how come they're on top now? Simple, they didn't give themselves an excuse to fail.

I loved the movie white men can’t jump. Will always be an all time fave. Should I be butt hurt now though because that’s a generalization? How bout the part where woody harrelson tries to play Jimi Hendrix and is told he can’t. Well, he can listen but he can’t hear it? No double standard in any way with asking a black guy wearing a mask if he’s robbing a store when that’s one of the oldest dad jokes around?

Well that's a weird question to ask because I just said it takes both. I'd say it's a pretty equal thing. I'd also say if a white person stepped outside his bubble into the hood, he might not be fine.

Dillon’s in an impossible spot. The reception from teammates — especially African Americans — might be tenuous at best. Opposing players and fans would crucify him if he stayed.

Best for him to move on and get a fresh start somewhere.

I have heard of it from young golfing buddies, will put it on my list.

My wife and I first watched Caddyshack last year. Not a fan.
