Chatgtp is good at some things, and really sucks in some things.

Enough that I trust it to do coding for me, but not enough that I trust it with facts.

I asked it myself which Iowa Hawkeye football players have scored a touchdown in a Superbowl and it told me Podolak did in 1970. Podolak was a rookie on that team and Mike Garrett scored the only rushing TD. I looked at Eddie's wikipedia page where it said it got that information, and there's no mention of scoring a TD in the superbowl.

I did see on the news somewhere it's the only interception or touchdown scored on that player's birthday.

It was Saquon's birthday too so if I had to guess who'd set that record before the game, my money would've been on him.
 
As far as state Iowa natives, Roger Craig scored some TDs in the Super Bowl.

Kurt Warner I know threw some Super Bowl TD passes, not sure if scored some TDs himself.
 
Dubuque native Mike Mercer (Kansas City) kicked the first field goal in Super Bowl history.

Terry Bradshaw spent part of his childhood in Camanche Iowa. Assuming his father worked for DuPont or one of the chemical plants and got transferred.

Didn't George Kittle score a TD in a super bowl like five, six years ago?

No. He caught 4 passes for 36 yards against KC in SB LIV. He does have 2 TDs in other playoff games.
