I read where the deadline for submitting resumes has been extended from Jan 11th to the 18th.

Is this an indication, that maybe KF is not going to go with Phil Parker?

If KF is planning to go with Phil Parker and the rest is just a University formality, then why extend the deadline?

If true, this certainly means this is a whole lot more than a procedure issue that Iowa had to do before just giving the job to Parker like Jon had thought.

Parker may still end up being the guy but it's pretty clear KF is considering other options.

In all seriousness, that is still not a guarantee that their season would be finished. Will they just keep extending the deadline until the individual's team is eliminated for the NFL playoffs?

Unless the Patriots use the TE in a defensive role he wouldn't really fit the criteria. That said the Patriots TE's have both had unreal seasons.

Nope, Ferentz is just playing with us. After all, I have it on good authority (ie, other posters on this forum) that the whole resume stuff is just a sham anyways, and that nobody is going to be applying.
