Next year will be another painful year, especially watching the younger players develop. But 2012 could be really special if these guys realize their full potential and play well as a team. chemistry is so important to getting over the hump, but we need some talent first and we will soon have it. future looks brighter.

Jeff Walker was one of the best HS players I have ever seen. The kid could jump out of the gym. And, as noted in many newspapers, his defensive ability was the stuff of legends - the kid could steal practically anything!

Ronnie Fields is the best basketball player I have ever seen. What a waste of talent.

I pretty much gotten to the point where I don't even care about the program turning things around for the sake of needing things to turn around and to be able to enjoy Iowa BB again; I just want the program (with Lick at the helm, mind you) to incontrovertably improve solely out of spite for all the petulent angry weirdos on here constantly flailing about with their backbiting umbrage and bluster. The angry mob mentality and endless brandishing of internet pitchforks & torches has grown migraine-inducingly tiresome.

I love this post. If I new or cared how to give you a reputation thing, I'd do it. But I only today learned I could accept internet homage.
