Dallas Clark to Patriots?

Interesting - I was just telling someone I thought the Pats could use a good Tight End...its the one hole on their roster

maybe he will be taking ferentz's old spot as te coach. i really think the injuries have him done. when denver didnt go after him i thought that was a tell tale sign.

I guess if you are Brad Herman you are a little worried......Bringing in Clark for a backup role or 3rd TE in certain sets is not that far fetched.

I am in the minority I still think that DC can be effective in a limited role.

if i were herman i wouldnt be worried about dc...herman will make a team for special teams and dc wont be doing that.

brad Herman is nothing more than a practice squad guy regardless of who's on the roster

Correct. Love my Hawks but BH couldn't even make the field for us, let alone an NFL team.

I hope DC isn't done but no way to the Pats.

Maybe KC is thinking that if they bring in enough former Hawkeye offense players, their offense will start to resemble a pro-style offense...

I love Herman because he was a Hawkeye, but he may be our worst starting TE we have had in well ..... a long time. That would be amazing if he made it.

I think the Pats bringing in Clark would be interesting. It would allow them to flex some 3 TE packages which could cause some problems for DC's. He would fit their locker room. If nothing else, provide some depth and a player that can help younger players.

So Gronk and Hernandez are below average? Are you serious? Don't get me wrong, I am a huge Clark fan but TE was a strong position for the Pats.
