Cully is very sneaky w/ his assists. Previous point guards we have had always had assists that really stood out.

Oliver the quickness to draw and dish
Cully just makes the solid pass (although sometimes a jump pass) that usually sets up a 3. The other guys could could create for teammates a bit more but if you put some talent around Cully he will become an excellent floor manager. The problem is for the majority of the year we have needed more of the creater than the manager.
